§701. Legislative intent; short title The legislature hereby authorizes the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Council and parish of East Baton Rouge to form a special purpose airport authority for the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport, or as otherwise named. This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Baton Rouge Regional Airport Authority Act".
