A. The secretary of state in conjunction with the registrars of voters shall be responsible for developing all employee training programs necessitated for acceptance of voter registration applications under the provisions of R.S. 18:114 and 116. B. The secretary of state in conjunction with the registrars of voters shall be responsible for training those personnel of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections and voter registration agencies responsible for training other personnel in those same agencies.
