§3831. Definitions As used in this Chapter, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) "Local system" means the appropriate city or parish school board or system. (2) "Local superintendent" means the appropriate city or parish school superintendent. (3) "Program" means a program limited to providing incentive pay to teachers for not using sick leave days.
