As used in this Part, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) "Council" means the Quality Science and Mathematics Council. (2) "Program" means the Quality Science and Mathematics Program. (3) "Teacher" means any employee of a parish or city school board who holds a teacher's certificate and whose legal employment requires such teacher's certificate.
