A. As used in this Subpart, "corporation" means a nonprofit corporation organized under and pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Law, as provided in Chapter 2 of Title 12 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. B. In the exercise of the powers, functions, and activities authorized by this Subpart, a corporation shall not constitute an instrumentality of the state, a state agency, board, or commission, or a political subdivision.
