Colleges and universities; contracts; cancellation

A. The commission may make inquiry of the colleges and universities of Louisiana, make such arrangements and enter into such contracts or agreements with institutions of higher education in the state as shall be appropriate to carry out the provisions of this Chapter. Such contracts and agreements shall include such provisions as shall be agreed upon by the commission and the institution to provide for the administration by the institution of loans made pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter, including applications therefor and repayment thereof. Such contracts and agreements shall be approved by the attorney general. B. The commission shall have authority to cancel such contracts and agreements, which it may lawfully cancel, made with any of the colleges or universities as herein provided.
