A. Should the governing authority of any nutrition program provider in operating the program find that it is unable to operate satisfactorily on the rate of reimbursement according to this appropriation, then it becomes the responsibility of such governing authority to secure the additional funds needed. B. The state Department of Education is authorized to withdraw all amounts appropriated for the use and benefit of the nutrition programs from the state treasury in accordance with existing law and for expenditure for the purposes stated in this Subpart.
