As used in this Part, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) "Board" means the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. (2) "Center" means the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. (3) "State board" means the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
