As used in this Part, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) "Department" means the state Department of Education. (2) "School" means the Louis Armstrong High School for the Arts. (3) "State board" means the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education. (4) "State superintendent" means the state superintendent of education. (5) "University" means the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
