Additional salary of assistant district attorneys

A. The first assistant district attorney shall receive as compensation for his services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state of Louisiana, an annual salary of not less than eleven thousand seven hundred fifty dollars, payable monthly on his own warrant. B. The second assistant district attorney shall receive as compensation for his services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state of Louisiana, an annual salary of not less than ten thousand dollars, payable monthly on his own warrant. C. The third assistant district attorney shall receive as compensation for his services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state of Louisiana, an annual salary of not less than eight thousand two hundred dollars, payable monthly on his own warrant. D. The fourth assistant district attorney shall receive as compensation for his services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state of Louisiana, an annual salary of not less than seven thousand four hundred dollars, payable monthly on his own warrant. E. The fifth, sixth and seventh assistant district attorneys shall each receive as compensation for his services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state of Louisiana, an annual salary of not less than seven thousand dollars, payable monthly on the warrants of the fifth, sixth and seventh assistant district attorneys. F. The eighth and ninth assistant district attorney shall each receive as compensation for his services an annual salary of not less than seven thousand dollars, payable monthly on the warrants of the eighth and ninth assistant district attorneys. G. These salaries shall be paid by the parish of Caddo. H. The assistant district attorneys for the First Judicial District shall receive as compensation for their services, in addition to the annual salaries paid them by the parish of Caddo, as provided in this section, such additional salaries as the police jury of Caddo Parish may provide.
