A. When the court declares a forfeiture of cash, a check, a negotiable bond, or a money order which has been deposited as bail, the court shall order the disposition of such security in satisfaction of the bail obligation. B. When the bail undertaking is discharged, the court shall order the security returned to the depositor. Upon presentation of a certified copy of the order, the custodian of the security shall pay or deliver it to the person named therein or to his order.
