In addition to any other powers and duties conferred by this Chapter, the F.A.C.E.S. Laboratory shall: (1) Be responsible for the policy management and administration of the Louisiana Repository for Unidentified and Missing Persons Information Program to support law enforcement agencies and other criminal justice agencies. (2) Serve as the central repository for all unidentified human remains information and all missing persons data collected pursuant to this Chapter.
