For the purposes of this Part: (1) "Conditions of probation" means the specification of formal terms and conditions which a defendant shall fulfill in order to have the charges against him dismissed in accordance with the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure Article 894. (2) "Job intervention program" means a supervised employment program of probation established by rule in a judicial district pursuant to this Part. (3) "Probation" means referral of a defendant who has entered a plea of guilty in a misdemeanor or noncapital felony case to a supervised probation program as provided in Code of Criminal Procedure Article 894. (4) "Probationer" means a person who has been accepted into a job intervention program.
