A. Except for the review provided for in R.S. 15:560.5, it is not the intent of the legislature to create any new right, right of action, or cause of action or eliminate any right, right of action, or cause of action existing under current law. Nothing in the provisions of R.S. 15:560 through 560.6 shall create, expressly or by implication, any right, claim, or cause of action in favor of anyone in connection with the evaluation or monitoring of sex offenders. B. Any employee who participates in the review process pursuant to this Chapter shall be immune from civil or criminal liability when he acted in good faith in a reasonable manner in accordance with generally accepted medical or other professional practices.
