§186.1. Purpose The purpose of this Part is to provide for an effective and efficient system of providing qualified legal representation for indigent children committed to the custody of the office of juvenile justice pursuant to Title VII and Title VIII of the Louisiana Children's Code and to promote safe return and reentry for youth in custody.
