A. Abortion advertising is the placing or carrying of any advertisement of abortion services by the publicizing of the availability of abortion services. B. Whoever commits the crime of abortion advertising shall be imprisoned, with or without hard labor, for not more than one year or fined not more than five thousand dollars, or both.
