Possession of loanshark records; penalty

A. A person is guilty of possession of loanshark records when, with knowledge of the contents thereof, he possesses any writing, paper, instrument or article used to record loansharking transactions. B. Whoever commits the crime of possession of loanshark records shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
