Sale of toy pistols prohibited; penalty; exceptions

A. No person shall sell or offer to sell any toy pistol constructed so as to accommodate blank powder cartridges, blank cartridges, or shells used in firing or discharging toy pistols. B. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars, or imprisoned for not more than ten days, or both. C. Paper cap pistols and other toy pistols not constructed so as to accommodate blank powder cartridges or shells are not included within the provisions of this Section.
