A. Falsifying racing license applications is the intentional falsification of any information required on an application for a Louisiana racing license. B. Whoever commits the crime of falsifying racing license applications shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. C. For the purpose of this Section, the term "racing license" shall mean any license issued by the Louisiana State Racing Commission including, but not limited to those licenses issued to persons applying for jobs as cooks, nurses, stand girls, and other miscellaneous employees along with persons actually involved in racing.
