A. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in vaginal, anal, or oral sexual intercourse in any public place or place open to the public view for the purpose of gaining the attention of the public. B. Whoever violates a provision of this Section shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars and imprisoned for not less than ten days nor more than one year. At least ten days of the sentence imposed shall be served without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence.
