Fifteenth Judicial District Court; commissioner

A. The office of commissioner of the Fifteenth Judicial District Court is hereby created. B. The commissioner shall be selected by a majority of the duly elected judges of the district sitting en banc. The commissioner shall serve at the pleasure of the court and may be removed from office by a majority of the elected judges of the district. Additionally, the commissioner shall be subject to removal from office for any reason for which a district judge may be removed.
