§5108.2. Child protective services workers; legal defense The Department of Justice shall provide any worker of the child protection services division of the office of children and family services of the Department of Children and Family Services with a legal defense in any civil action arising from any activity within the course and scope of the worker's employment. NOTE: §5108.2 as enacted by Acts 2025, No. 477, eff. Oct. 1, 2027. §5108.2.
