A. The commission shall make a study of the salaries payable to judges. B. The commission shall submit its recommendations concerning judges' salaries to the legislature sixty days prior to the commencement of any regular session of the legislature in an even-numbered year. Thereafter, a report may be submitted every two years at any regular session of the legislature in an even-numbered year. The report shall be submitted to the offices of the speaker of the House of Representatives and the president of the Senate, who shall distribute copies to each member of their respective house of the legislature. C. All departments and agencies of the state shall cooperate in furnishing to the commission such information as the commission may deem necessary to discharge its duties.
