Sulphur; vacation of judge, marshal, and clerk; compensation of officers ad hoc; compensation of deputy marshal

A. The judge, the marshal, and the clerk and employees of the city court of Sulphur are entitled to vacations the same as any other employee of the city of Sulphur. The judge of the city court of Sulphur is entitled to one month's vacation. The officers appointed to serve in their places shall be paid an amount proportionate to the salary of the officers they replace for the time served, payable in equal proportions by the city of Sulphur and the parish of Calcasieu. B. The deputy marshal of the city court of Sulphur shall be paid a minimum annual salary of $1,800.00 payable monthly on his own warrant by the parish of Calcasieu.
