A. When the prosecution in the city court of Houma is on behalf of the City of Houma-Urban Services District, all fines and forfeitures shall be paid into the City of Houma-Urban Services District Treasury. B. When the prosecution is on behalf of the state of Louisiana, half of the fines and forfeitures shall be paid into the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government General Fund and half of the fines and forfeitures shall be paid into the criminal court fund of the Thirty-Second Judicial District Court.
