Juvenile court for parish of Orleans; continuous session; quarters; conduct of business; expenses; police detail

A. The juvenile court for the parish of Orleans shall be in continuous session throughout the year. B. The city of New Orleans shall provide suitable quarters for said court which shall be in a building separate from that of any of the criminal courts and shall make necessary provisions for the conduct of the business of said court and provision for the expenses of the same. C. The department of police of the city of New Orleans shall detail, subject to such rules as it may adopt, the necessary number of police officers to the court, to keep order and execute orders and decrees of the judges thereof.
