A. The Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court may assess a one-time fee not to exceed fifty dollars in all domestic filings. The collected fees shall be deposited into the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court's Domestic Commissioner's Fund and used solely to defray the costs associated with the Domestic Early Intervention Triage Program. The amount of the fee imposed or any increase in the fee shall be approved by the judges sitting en banc and shall be in addition to all other fines or costs lawfully imposed. B. The provisions of this Section shall not apply in cases in which the Department of Children and Family Services is providing support enforcement services.
