The provisions of Chapter 1 and all powers and rights thereunder, shall apply to any association organized under this Part, except where such provisions are in conflict with the express provisions of this Part. Renumbered from R.S.1950, §12:380 by Acts 1968, No. 105, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1969.
