As used in this Chapter: A. "Professional Optometry Corporation" means a corporation organized pursuant to this Chapter for the practice of optometry as provided for by R.S. 37:1041 through R.S. 37:1067 inclusive. B. All terms used in this Chapter and in Chapter 1 of this Title shall have the same meanings when used in this Chapter as when used in Chapter 1.
