A. Only shareholders may be officers. If there is only one shareholder, all offices may be combined in his person. The office or offices held by an officer shall become vacant if he ceases to be a shareholder. B. Only natural persons duly licensed to practice chiropractic in this state or persons possessing temporary licenses may render chiropractic services in behalf of a professional chiropractic corporation.
