A. The "Board of Trustees" of "The Electrical Workers' Pension and Relief Fund of the City of Monroe, Louisiana", hereby created a body politic, and shall be composed of five active members of the Retirement System, to be elected at the time and in the manner specified for election of officers as hereinafter provided for. B. The Secretary of said Board shall be chosen by a majority vote of the members of said Board, and shall be elected at the time each new Board takes office.
