(PORT OF NEW ORLEANS) IN THE LOUISIANA STATE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM §3681. Name and date of establishment A retirement plan is hereby established and placed under the management of the Board of Trustees for the purpose of providing retirement allowances and other benefits under the provisions of this Subpart for Commissioned Members of the Harbor Police Department of the Port of New Orleans hired on or before June 30, 2014.
