Upon death of a member while on pension the surviving spouse shall receive seventy-five percent of the amount of pension received by the deceased at the time of death. This payment of seventy-five percent shall continue until death of surviving spouse, or until the time that he or she remarries. Designated from Acts 1956, No. 76, §1, by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff.
