A. Other than as provided in Paragraph B, the Clerk of the House shall number each legislative instrument as it is introduced. B. The General Appropriation Bill shall be numbered House Bill No. 1, the Capital Outlay Bill shall be numbered House Bill No. 2, and the Omnibus Bond Bill shall be numbered House Bill No. 3.
