Each legislative instrument which originated in the House of Representatives and which has been finally passed, shall be enrolled and presented to the special Committee on Enrollment for examination. If the committee finds that the bill or other measure has been correctly enrolled, including all amendments agreed upon by both houses, the chairman of the committee shall so report to the House, whereupon the Speaker immediately shall sign the measure.
