Each meeting notice shall contain the following information: (1) The name of the committee. (2) The name of the committee chairman. (3) The time and place of the meeting. (4) The matters proposed for consideration, listed in order of their consideration, including the legislative instruments, by number. (5) Any other information which the committee deems pertinent.
