Floor amendments; public information; copies

A. A proposed floor amendment shall be public information upon filing with the Clerk of the House. B. A copy of a proposed floor amendment, except an amendment proposed by the chairman of the Legislative Bureau on behalf of the Legislative Bureau, shall be placed on the desk of each member of the House who has notified the Clerk that the member wants to receive printed copies of all proposed floor amendments, and no vote shall be taken on the proposed floor amendment until this requirement has been met.
