A. The adjudication hearing in delinquency proceedings shall be conducted according to the provisions of the Code of Evidence applicable to criminal cases. B. The child shall not be required to testify, and evidence obtained in violation of the child's rights under the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of Louisiana shall not be admitted over objection.
