A. A copy of a motion to modify shall be served upon any affected child, his caretaker, the district attorney, the duly authorized representative of any affected institution or agency providing services, and any person, institution, or agency to whom the custody of the child has been assigned. B. Service shall be in the manner provided for service of the petition.
