Medical treatment of children; costs

A. On its own motion or on the motion of any party, the court may order the caretaker to provide medical or surgical care needed by the child. B. If the caretaker fails to provide such care, the court may order such care or treatment and, after due notice to the caretaker, order him to pay all or part of the expense.
