As used in this Chapter: (1) "Child abuse and neglect case" means a child protection proceeding conducted by a court exercising juvenile jurisdiction involving the abuse or neglect of children as provided specifically in Titles VI, X, XI, and XII of the Louisiana Children's Code. (2) "Program" means a program approved by the Louisiana Supreme Court to provide qualified legal representation of children in child abuse and neglect cases.
