A. The CASA program shall submit reports to the court. Except as provided in Paragraph B, it shall distribute a copy of such reports, prior to or at the same time it is submitted to the court, to all counsel of record, any unrepresented party, and the department. B. CASA reports may be subject to a protective order upon the request of the CASA volunteer, a party or party's attorney, or by the action of the judge.
