A. Unless procedures are otherwise provided through rules promulgated by the Louisiana Supreme Court, a court may adopt administrative rules governing internal operating procedures not in conflict with provisions of this Code, or of other laws. When a court has more than one judge, its rules shall be adopted or amended by a majority of the judges thereof sitting en banc. B. The rules shall be made available to the public by filing a copy with the Judicial Council of the Louisiana Supreme Court and by filing a copy with the clerk of court, and a copy shall be furnished on request to any attorney licensed to practice law in this state.
