A. On its own motion or on the motion of any party, the court may order a hearing to be set for review of the transfer of custody. B. Judgments transferring custody pursuant to this Chapter are exempt from the permanency planning requirements mandated in Title VI including the provisions of Chapters 13, 15 and 16 of that Title.
