A. If a parent upon whom service is required under Article 1247 resides within this state, service shall be made either personally or by domiciliary service not less than thirty days prior to the commencement of the hearing on the petition. B. If any social security numbers are contained in the petition or in any of the exhibits attached to the petition, they may be redacted from the copies being served.
