A. Following a judgment terminating all parental rights pursuant to this Title, when the department is the legal custodian of the child, the department shall report to the court in detail concerning the child's permanent placement. B. When the department is not the legal custodian of the child, the petitioner shall report to the court concerning the child's adoptive placement.
