A. A motion for discovery shall not be denied without a contradictory hearing unless it appears on the face of the motion that, as a matter of law, the moving party is not entitled to the relief sought. B. Upon a sufficient showing by either party, the court may at any time vacate, restrict or defer an order for discovery, or make such other order as is appropriate.
