In this Title the terms enumerated shall have the designated meanings: "Writing" and "written" include words printed, painted, typed, engraved, lithographed, photographed, or otherwise copied, traced, or made visible to the eye. "Indictment" includes affidavit and information, unless it is the clear intent to restrict that word to the finding of a grand jury.
