The usufructuary shall cause an inventory to be made of the property subject to the usufruct. In the absence of an inventory the naked owner may prevent the usufructuary's entry into possession of the property. The inventory shall be made in accordance with the rules established in Articles 3131 through 3137 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
