Municipal inducements constitute lawful public purposes and uses

Municipal inducements are hereby declared as a matter of legislative determination of the General Assembly to be lawful public purposes and public uses for which cities may exercise all powers authorized by the provisions of KRS 82.105 to 82.180, or otherw ise provided by law.
